It's early evening and we're ready for a spot of shopping after a quick freshen up. Our hotel is literally 5 minutes walk to the shopping area in Namba with plenty of restaurants around.

We wake up early to grey skies, but we're ready to rock on and see more of Osaka. Osaka Castle is our first stop and it's a short metro ride from Namba where we are staying.

Hands up who loves Spanish food? I am so in that camp.

A trip with my husband and friends to Barcelona back in 2008 was filled with stereotypical paella and sangria, and whilst my taste buds have been treated to so much more since, it was definitely this holiday that introduced me to delicious Spanish food. Each time I visit a new country, I always learn lots about the local foods and come back home wanting to eat more of the foods, and eventually try to cook it at home too.

Bubble tea shops have exploded all over London as you guys will have noticed no doubt. A load of them are now collated inside China town, but Happy Lemon is one that is a little different to the rest. I first tried this shop in Hong Kong, and loved the lemon theme. It's also in my favourite colour yellow, which is another loveable reason!

Cooking can take hours of prep work but if you are looking to cook a simple feast, then let me tell you something guys, I managed to cook a small banquet in under 1 hour this weekend!
