July 24, 2018

When I walked past Bun House and saw the spot on replicate of a 1960's Hong Kong tea house, it sent tingly goosebumps down my arm. I was instantly hit by a sense of nostalgia and boy, was I excited about this place. By the time I actually came back to try out the food, I'd seen enough on Instagram to know that this was a must on my foodie list.

Having refrained from throwing a 1st birthday party for Isaac, I was so ready to go all out with his 2nd birthday party, 2 weeks ago. Without all the emotions I felt as he turned 1, his 2nd birthday party was fun-filled and I was just so happy to see him having lots of fun and being completely oblivious that the party was for him.

OK, so this Taiwanese fried chicken joint is just a tiny blink-and-you'll-miss-it shop just off main Chinatown but I couldn't not share it with you guys. The menu is quick and simple, either take out or sit on the limited bar stools by the window.

I've been a long time fan of the pies at Pieminister* ever since tasting my first one at their stall in Borough Market many years ago. I was pleasantly surprised to hear that a new branch had popped up in Brixton Village Market, which I just love and only wished was closer to me.

Toddler Mini Haul | Toy Train/Mario Backpack/Baby Toms

July 04, 2018

Hello you guys, long time no blog. June has come and gone in a flash and I can't believe I went by a full month without blogging! If you follow me on Instagram, you'll know that my garden renovations finally completed in June and then we went to Tuscany for a week for one of my closest friend's stunning wedding (I will share a post hopefully soon!). As soon as we got back, I was busy prepping Isaac's 2nd birthday party this gone weekend and it turned out to be super fun.
