Cosy Winter Bedding

Tranquil yet cosy is how I like to think of my bedroom. One of the easiest ways to transform a bedroom and take it from season to season is as simple as changing the bedding.

I alternate between 4 sets, but recently I have been on the look out to add to my collection and especially as they have become a little worn out over the years. Since we are still in chilly winter mode, I love nothing more than the feel of cosy jersey or flannel as I'm snuggled into bed, and here's what I have my eyes on at the moment:

Innsbruck Grey Flannelette bedding set from Yorkshire Linen Co, starting from £17. The price is unbelievable compared with high street companies, and the cute snowflake prints on grey are adorable.

Grey Jersey Bed Linen from Muji. I already own 2 sets from this range, but with duvet covers starting from £54.95 for a double, I'm not sure I can justify it.

Harrison Striped from Marks & Spencer. Love the dark button details on this set! £49.50 is a little on the steep side though, and also not the flannel or jersey material I'm looking for.

Grey Chevron from H&M. I'm a fan of chevron and at £29.99 for the cover set, this is great. However, it's not flannel or jersey.

It seems like I have the colour grey on my mind when I think of cosy as you can see from my choices! This has nothing to do with a certain film btw... hehe

Which one of these sets do you like the most and does price impact your final purchase decision?? I would love to know.

    1. Thanks so much Gemma! I always remember the amazing bedding & decors you had in all your bedrooms from Uni days to St Albans! =D

I didn't mean to pick all the greys haha

  4. Oh, I love your picks - I think we have pretty similar styles when it comes to bedding :) Something sleek and neutral but still stylish. The one from H&M is my favorite but the snowflake one is so cute. I really don't mind splurging on bedding considering how essential it is (though, I'm pretty boring and usually stick to the same one)!

    1. Thanks Kie, H&M is prob my favourite online shop. I splurged on my muji sets, but good to see a different perspective for purchases on daily essentials!
