Happy Hearts Day 2020

Valentine's Day has long come and gone and I had completely forgotten that I'd wanted to share this blog post until I was scrolling back through my photos on my phone. As you guys know, I now love to make every celebratory day or festival a thing for Isaac.

Valentine's Day is not a day that G and I really celebrate, but for Isaac, it's just so cute to see his face light up when I've set something up for him.

The gorgeous balloons made such an impact and I left them up for a few days after, I couldn't bear to take them down!

These stunning and utterly adorable macarons from Yolkin were another reason to celebrate Valentines's day. Salted caramel hearts, chocolate bear, and rose n raspberry xoxo. There were so delicious!

I also love and support that Yolkin try and use biodegradable materials where ever possible, such as their packaging bags. Yolkin started off as a little ice cream cart in Soho which I have fond memories of, to their now permanent shop just off China Town.

G knew I was setting up a little Valentine's corner for Isaac, so he decided to get me a card too. Our love definitely revolves around food haha.

One excited boy when he came home from nursery. Macarons AND a chocolate heart too.

I got a Valentine's present too! A sweet salt-dough heart he made for me at nursery.

Isaac told me he was sad because he wasn't on the card ("that's daddy and that's mummy only") so of course I had to draw him on.
