I'm In A Cookbook! Braised Pork Belly with Star Anise and Soya

I am so excited to share with you guys that my braised pork belly recipe has made it into The Brighthouse Seasonal Food Journal and you guys can download the digital version for free!

I am super proud to see my recipe printed in a hardcopy book and feeling very fortunate to have been asked to participate. Along with my Thai-style sweet chilli glazed salmon recipe, this is the second cook book I've been featured in, and I hope there will be many more to come.

The Brighthouse Seasonal Food Journal is filled with great recipes for each season such as hearty stews, Valentines cookies, sourdough waffles and more. There are more than 30 recipes and I hope you'll all find something inspiring to cook.

My braised pork belly with star anise and soya sauce is a seriously good Winter warmer, best served over a bowl of steaming rice in the traditional Chinese way. The soya sauce is braised with star anise and 5 spice powder to give it a warm depth of flavour, and the savouriness is balanced nicely with rock sugar with its mild fragrant sweetness.

I hope you all enjoy the book!
