Delicious Pizza At The Very Instagrammable Pizza Express Covent Garden

Pizza Express on Bow Street Covent Garden has undergone a transformation! The beautiful decors were unveiled on 12th May and much to my delight, I couldn't help but notice how instagrammable the new interiors were.

Copper lights, marbled tables, industrial pendant drop lights, geometric prints, beams and pillars, and even the font used in the menu. Every bloggers dream setting!

The interiors feature artwork that pays tribute to the nearby Bridge of Aspiration, and links the Royal Ballet School to the Royal Opera House.

Pizza Express
* have also come up with a new spring/summer menu, and they all sound delicious!

Sis and I start off with fresh piping hot garlic dough balls to share. This is a must order every time I come to Pizza Express. They are just so good!

Deciding on pizzas were hard with all the delicious choices on the menu. We finally ordered 2 pizzas to share so we could taste both of them.

La Regina. Smoked ham hock, mushrooms, buffalo mozzarella, truffle oil and parsley on a garlic oil and black pepper bechamel base. This was so good and very different to the usual pizzas I would order. The ham hock does get salty after a while, but we loved it. The truffle oil isn't too strong either which is perfect.

American Hottest. This is my kinda pizza! Red tomato base, fiery hot and full of pepperoni! There was also buffalo mozzarella, spicy hot 'njuda sausage, hot peppers, fresh red chilli and parsley. It was burning hot, but so addictive. If you can handle your heat, this pizza is the best.

Broccolini. We also ordered a side of tender stem broccoli cooked with garlic butter, chilli flakes, and topped with cheese. Fresh and tasty.

Just to show you the size.....

Eton Mess Cheesecake & Primo Gelato. Of course we couldn't finish a meal without desserts! They were both from the spring/summer range and ended our meal perfectly.
